Terms and Conditions

1. APPLICATION OF THE TERMS

These general terms and conditions of Original Brands Online apply to all goods orders and concluded legal transactions via the Original Brands Online shop. Conditions that conflict with these terms and conditions or general conditions of the customer or third parties are hereby expressly excluded and are not valid. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only effective if they are confirmed in writing by Original Brands Online.

The offer of goods, services and prices in the online shop, Is aimed exclusively at customers with their place of residence or company headquarters in EGYPT. Deliveries of goods are made exclusively by a transporter commissioned by Original Brands Online to the address in Egypt requested by the customer during the ordering process.

Original Brands Online reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order is decisive. These terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted when the goods or services are ordered.

2. OFFER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The offer, i.e. all information on goods and prices, is subject to change and non-binding and does not constitute an application in the legal sense. By sending the goods order as part of the ordering process in the online shop, the customer submits a binding offer that he can no longer change. The customer then receives an automatically generated order confirmation, which is not binding for Original Brands Online. It only shows the customer that the order has arrived at the online shop. Original Brands Online expressly reserves the right not to accept orders, in particular if it is determined after the order confirmation that the goods are not available / not available. A contract is only concluded when the ordered goods are dispatched, the delivery date has been agreed or the collection invitation is sent.

The information in Original Brands Online‘s sales documents (drawings, images, dimensions, weights, etc.) are for illustration purposes only and do not represent any guarantees of properties, unless they are expressly designated as binding in writing.

3. PRICES AND SMALL QUANTITY SURCHARGE

The time of the order applies to the price setting. We reserve the right to make technical changes, mistakes, typing and printing errors. Original Brands Online can make price changes at any time without prior notice. All prices in the online shop are in Egyptian Pound (EGP) including the VAT applicable at the time of the order and plus transport costs..

4. DELIVERY DATES AND DEADLINES

The delivery dates or deadlines stated in the online shop or in the order confirmation are only indicative and are not binding. They can be changed by Original Brands Online at any time, even after the order confirmation has been sent. The specification of certain delivery periods and delivery dates by Original Brands Online is particularly subject to the correct and timely delivery of the online shop by suppliers or third party(courier)


In the case of a collection period, the customer must collect the ordered goods within 10 calendar days of notification during business opening hours. If the goods are not picked up within the collection period, Original Brands Online has the right to cancel the order.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Default of acceptance

If, after a reasonable grace period set by Original Brands Online, the customer refuses to accept the goods in accordance with the contract or declares that they do not want to take them, Original Brands Online can refuse to fulfill the contract and demand compensation for non-fulfillment.

5.2. Mandatory inspection

The customer must immediately check the delivered or collected products for correctness, completeness and damage. In the case of deliveries by a courier, any delivery damage must be noted immediately on the delivery note. Original Brands Online must be notified in writing of damage, quantity differences, incorrect and incomplete deliveries immediately, but no later than 5 calendar days from the time the goods are picked up or delivered. The customer may not put the affected goods into operation. The customer must keep the goods as received in the original packaging and return them to Original Brands Online in accordance with the returns process described in the online shop under “Returns and Guarantee”.
